What data we collect

When you submit the intake form, we collect:

• Your email address
• Your ETF holdings — fund identifiers (ISIN or ticker) and portfolio weights or unit counts
• Your base currency
• Your broker (optional)

We do not collect any payment information, passwords, or account credentials.

Why we collect it

Your data is used solely to generate your personalised portfolio reports — the Monthly Portfolio Digest, Portfolio Deep Dive, and Portfolio Glossary — and to deliver them to you by email.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to your reports.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the intake form and request your reports.

How long we keep your data

Your data is retained for the duration of the early access testing period. If you ask us to stop sending reports or request deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. During the early access period, reports are generated manually and delivered via Google Workspace (our email provider). Google acts as a data processor under their standard terms.

Your rights

Under GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time

Cookies and external services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). This is the only external service used and may result in your IP address being transmitted to Google. No tracking cookies or analytics are used on this site.
