What data we collect

To join the waitlist, we collect only your email address — so we can tell you when ETFGuardian launches and send you the free monthly digest.

Later, if you choose to submit your portfolio for a report once we launch, we will also collect — under this same policy — your ETF holdings (fund identifiers such as ISIN or ticker and portfolio weights or unit counts) and your base currency. Joining the waitlist requires only your email; you are never asked for holdings to sign up.

We do not collect any payment information, passwords, or account credentials.

Why we collect it

Your email is used solely to notify you about ETFGuardian's launch and to deliver your reports — your Monthly Portfolio Digest. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to ETFGuardian.

Legal basis

We process your email on the basis of your consent, given when you join the waitlist. You can withdraw that consent — unsubscribe — at any time, using the link in any email we send or by contacting us.

How long we keep your data

We keep your waitlist email until launch and for as long as you wish to hear from us. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we will remove it within 30 days.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Your waitlist email is collected and stored through Formspree, our form provider, which acts as a data processor under its standard terms. When we begin sending the digest, a dedicated email provider will handle delivery and one-click unsubscribe; we will name it here before any message is sent. We do not send your data to anyone else.

Your rights

Under GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time

Cookies and external services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com), which may result in your IP address being transmitted to Google. When you submit the waitlist form, your email address is sent to Formspree (named above) solely to add you to the waitlist. No tracking cookies or analytics are used on this site.
